From Tokyo area:

Ueno station − Tokai station (approx. 90 minutes)

Take JR Joban line Limited Express∗ (Super Hitachi or Fresh Hitachi)

Note:Some Limited Express Trains do not stop at Tokai station. In that case, get off at Mito or Katsuta station and transfer to local train to reach Tokai station.

ISCN is about a 3-minute walk from the east exit of Tokai station.

By car

Take Joban Expressway. Exit from Hitachi Minami Ohta Interchange. Drive down to South about 20-30 minutes.

From Airport (Bus)

Narita International Airport − Tokai station:
